**What Is An Estimate?
Estimates are flat rate. A roof estimate and a roof, siding, and window estimate are the same. Standing seam, cedar, and tile are no different. This benefits you more than us.
**What Is A Supplement?
Supplements are habdling the claim from the end of the estimate to final check in your hand. How it usually works: We build the estimate. Then we email it to the insurance adjuster with you Bcc’d. If you are happy with what the adjuster sends back we can walk away or keep pushing. If we keep pushing, handle the paperwork including final invoice it counts as a supplement.
*What Is A Production/Material List?
Just like it sounds. We will create you a material list based on the insurance claim, photos, and “work doing.” Don’t worry, we have professional production staff on hand to do a great job. This saves you money from having to expand your production team.
